a slightly longer time ago in a galaxy far, far away...

so, character creation obviously took up a chunk of game-play time last night. in the future, the adventures should run no more than 3 hours (4, if there is a complicated battle). i feel like we have a handle on the basics of gameplay. at the beginning of the next adventure, they'll be an opportunity to learn the combat system in detail (anyone with any relevant miniatures/action figures, bring 'em along), and after that, it's all gravy. space gravy.

So I take it that means that Squiddy and Pants-Head didn't get wiped out while the Wookie and I were boldly saving the world, one drunkard at a time?

Pants-head?

C'mon, joel. It's like you're just not trying anymore.

Actually, no. We dispensed some hot fucking lightsaber justice on some fools. Well, Fishel consistently did. My RPG rolling curse still prevails, and i missed the guy three rounds running, only to critical hit the guy and slice him in half on the last round. Fishel, however, managed to consistently wound his guy, all the way up to when the guy's gun exploded in his hand and he died.

I suppose any combat where you manage to get through it without slicing of your own head, or that of your comrades, is a success in the Feez book.

fishel found a flub: for you multi-classers, i gave you all too many skill points in your secondary classes. you shouldn't have gotten that insane multiplier, just the simple addition (base for level+INT mod).

preview of next weeks adventure: feez and fishel fall under attack from the most dangerously violent dark jedi in history, while joel and klemis visit Cath City Frozen Space Cream and eat the most violently delicious frozen space cream they've ever had. the twist? the frozen space cream makes them lose their force abilities! the only way they can be restored is if the most dangerously violent dark jedi in history slaughters individuals that they know personally!
