this whole 'n.flix friends' thing is bizarre. part of me is happy that my friends take recommendations from me, that 'fishing with john' and 'the 5 obstructions' are on haddock's queue. part of me is distraught that he's had 'napoleon dynamite' for so many days. he can't be re-watching it, can he? is he going to sing the songs and quote the quotes the next time i see him? i have more access to y'all's private entertainment lives now than i ever had before. i've studied your queues, taken your quizzes, waited for new recommendations. i've over-taken lindsay in number of movies rated. i dream of a giant circle, little purple men next to every movie.
why won't fishel respond to my invitation?

Dude, Napoleon Dynamite just arrived in my mailbox yesterday afternoon.
Just for that, I'm going to hold on to Fishing with John for a month, thus making sure no one else on Netflix will get to see it. I mean, they only have like 1 copy of it, right?
I invited you at your redstar address but you apparently don't check it that often.
