Did you guys catch Celebrity Poker last night? It was actually interesting from a game point of view. Norm MacDonald takes an early lead due to a moron from CSI:Miami calling Norm's all-in on the first hand. Norm has a full house, and said moron has a pair of queens. Anyway, Norm plays more or less well until it's down to him and Michael Ian Black, who before this I had started to hate due to his appearances on "I Love the 80s." He has a couple chances to pull the trigger but he's reluctant to do it with what would be a not-that-hot hand with 5 or 6 players. Eventually it becomes a matter of luck because the blinds are so high.
Anyway, it was interesting because I don't really know that much about how heads-up play is different from a full table.

I did a bit of heads-up last night online....i don't know that the dynamic is *too* different, it's just really microscopic compared to a full table. It was basically just folding over and over until one of us got a hand that we could actually play. And even then, if you bet, chances are the other person would fold. Repeat until one of you decides to go all in.
Oh, and i love Michael Ian Black. Mostly because of the state, and Wet Hot American Summer, which was essentialy The State: The Movie.
The thing with the heads-up play on the Celebrity Poker last night was that the blinds were up to 12-15k, and there were only 50k worth of chips on the table. That meant you essentially had to all-in every hand, or fold and eat the loss of a quarter of your chips. It basically seemed like it came down to luck at the end, but I think it would have been different if their were more chips in play.
