Conspiracy in Mobtown!

A 73-year-old Sun reporter is attacked and beaten by an 18-year-old boy. The boy then escapes from the scene via a shuttle bus run by a southeast strip club. Here's where it gets interesting: the driver of the shuttle bus is refusing to tell the cops anything about his passengers -- for the boy was accompanied by a man in his mid-20s -- and a surveillance camera pointed where the shuttle drops people off was broken, though it had been inspected on February 9 and was working then. The cops claim there was a power failure but BGE says it received no reports of outages in that area.
