I'm not sure exactly which constitutional right this violated
Capitol Police dropped a charge of unlawful conduct against antiwar activist Cindy Sheehan on Wednesday and apologized for ejecting her and a congressman’s wife from President Bush’s State of the Union address for wearing T-shirts with war messages.

Yeah, this was just downright blatent suppression of free speech. She was invited by a member of congress, and they arrest her because they were afraid she was going to do something. I think there's a presumption of innocence in this country, no?
Presumption of innocence? Where have you been? Hell, all the tv has to do is play evil-sounding music underneath a picture of someone and i'll believe they did whatever awful thing they say he did.
