November 5th has been declared Dungeons & Dragons day by brand owner, Wizards of the Coast. The promotion is aimed at bringing thousands of role players into toy and hobby stores to "flex their imaginations". Last year, the event had more than 25,000 gamers "flexing". Wizards is predicting even greater turnout this year.
