Are you fucking kidding me? They lost your camera!? That is completely fucking ridiculous.
Not lost, necessarily. More like, put it on a shelf in a shipping facility in Owings Mills, left it there for five days, then claimed not to have posession of it. Quite furiously, I insisted that they return the fuck out of this package. And according to QA (Quality Assurance, for those of you who have not spent 5 hours on the phone with customer service in the last 3 days), it is on a truck, rolling toward MICA at this moment. Of course, this from the company who, on the same page of tracking information, claims to have picked up my package and to not have it in their posession. Stellar works, my fine friends.
I guess we can think of this as an endorsement for UPS. Until they do the exact same thing.
Isn't expensive stuff insured by the shipper?
